Returns & Exchanges

At Perfume Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance is in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging; due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or tested bottles.

• 2.
  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
